A smokin´ hot love affair
Owner Ben Hensley is a trained Chef with international experience, born and raised in Kansas City, USA. His first encounter with the world of BBQ was as a buss boy at the age of 14, at Keagans 135 st BBQ, right there in Kansas City. He may have left the BBQ state, but it never left him.
His Swedish wife and partner Caroline Tiala was a Business Consultant before fully giving in to the world of BBQ. Her love for food and wine – and the USA – became growing ground for their dream of starting a restaurant of their own.
